What helps most in a support request
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The exact error text or the way the table looked wrong.
- Your browser, operating system, file size, and delimiter type.
- A sanitized sample or the relevant column names.
Trust and privacy
Online CSV Editor uses a browser-first workflow for CSV editing, and the contact form is processed on the server so submissions can be stored and reviewed in Firebase. That means contact messages are not treated as purely local browser data.
Please avoid sending highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request. For privacy-related questions, the contact form and the Privacy Policy explain the current handling model.
